We want to be a church that faithfully passes on the baton to the younger generation. Our goal is to see young lives transformed while growing in their faith and building leaders.
Bedford Alliance Church began in November, 1983. Bible studies and Prayer meetings were held weekly in a family’s home. In February 1984, the first Sunday service was held, with 79 people in attendance. As the size of the congregation grew, services were temporarily relocated to a nearby school administration building.
In 1985, Bedford Alliance Church became officially incorporated in Michigan and the Christian & Missionary Alliance. Later that year, the first sanctuary, fellowship hall, and classrooms were constructed and dedicated at the current location on Jackman Rd.
In 1991, a gymnasium, kitchen as well as more classrooms were added. The Lord continued to work and in 2002, 2 new classroom wings were added along the sides of the gymnasium.
In December of 2007 our new sanctuary with seating for over 700 people was completed. At the same time, a new office complex and nursery rooms were added.
