Bethany City Church is a motley crew of Christians and their friends who come together to worship God. Throughout the week we meet in all kinds of ways - and for all kinds of reasons – explore our website and you will see what we mean.
Though we began meeting in the Stadium of Light then the Quayside Exchange we now meet at our permanent home at Bede Tower. This is a handsome building with excellent facilities and a great location for our church to grow and reach the people of Sunderland.
Join us on a Sunday morning or evening and you will meet both established Christians and others who are just looking. Some of us have been Christians for years, others have just started the journey, and many are not too sure what they believe! Many are local people, but we are also quite international with people joining us from other parts of the world.

Wednesday = Youth Night
All of our youth groups now run on Wednesday nights at Bede Tower.
