Bishop Latimer United Church welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Winson Green area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Bishop Latimer United Church at Winson Green, West Midlands is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Bishop Latimer United Church is to make an impact for God, here in Winson Green, West Midlands by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Junior Church
Junior church takes place at the same time as the Sunday service for children and young people.
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for ¾ hour
Congregational Worship
On the 1st Sunday of every month the worship is led by church members at 10.30 a.m for 1 hour
Every first Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Anglican Holy Communion with Rainbow Young Church
On the second Sunday of the month, Anglican Holy Communion service is led by an Anglican priest, in an informal way.
Every second Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Informal Morning Worship
On the third Sunday of the month, the service is informal Morning Prayer, led alternately in the Church of England tradition or the URC tradition.

URC Communion service
Every 4th Sunday Rev Peter Little of the URC visits Bishop Latimer to lead a URC Holy Communion service.

All-Age Worship
When there is a fifth Sunday in the month we hold an All-Age Worship service which is informal and is our opportunity to all worship together.

Place of Welcome
Place of Welcome: the hall is open to all. A weekly programme of activity is available. An opportunity to find out more about the area. Internet access is available. 60 P to cover refreshments.

Boys Brigade & Girls Association Junior Section
The Girls' Association & Boys' Brigade takes place every Thursday in Latimer Hall, Beeton Road, from 6-7.30pm and is for girls and boys aged 8-11. Fun and activities in a Christian environment.

Friday
Boys' Brigade & Girls Association - Company Section
Boys' Brigade meets weekly in Latimer Hall, next to the church on Beeton Road, on Fridays at 6pm for girls and boys of age 12-15 years old.. The boys and girls play sports, work for badges and learn about the Christian faith. Please check with Steve for details of meetings in December 07940 578745.
