The first thing we want you to know about us, a Christian Church, is what we believe, teach and confess.
Grace Lutheran Church is a confessional Lutheran church and member of Lutheran Church-Canada, a Christian denomination. Our confessions and practices are based on the foundation of God’s Word the Bible, and the belief that God’s gift of salvation is found only through faith in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son.
Grace has an elevator-style lift enabling access to all levels of the church building. Grace also offers wheelchair access and seating in the sanctuary for our worship services, as well as accessible washrooms on the main and upper floors.
Service Times
We worship every Lord’s Day, Sunday, celebrating the Resurrection of Our Lord.
The German service is at 9 a.m. and the English service at 10:30 a.m.
On the first Sunday of every month, as well as on festival days we celebrate the Lord’s Supper in both services.
Normally on the third Sunday of the month, we have a combined service at 10:30 a.m., predominantly in English with the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
Grace follows the church calendar year and worships with the liturgies found in the Lutheran Service Book. Music is accompanied by an organ, with our Vocal Choir, and our Brass Choir assisting the congregation in worship from time to time.
