Mt Calvary continues to be a growing multicultural congregation with a strong commitment to children, the spread of the Gospel, the ministry of the baptized and mutual support and encouragement of the people of God.
Service Times
Sunday worship services
Every Sunday we celebrate at 9:30 am a worship service in English with Holy Communion and at 11:00 am a worship service in German. Every first Sunday of the month we celebrate at 9:30 a joint worship service (English/German) with Communion – there is no other worship service on that Sunday.
The last Sunday of the month we celebrate Holy Communion in the German-speaking worship service.
Following each service you are invited to join the Church Coffeetable downstairs in the Mt Calvary Hall.
Sunday School
If you are interested in Sunday School for children please let Pastor Demke know or send an e-mail to lutherinfo@gmail.com or call the church office. At the moment we only have Sunday School in German generally the second Sunday of each month.
Family-oriented worship services
On special holidays we celebrate family-oriented worship services: at Easter, Thanksgiving, First of Advent and Christmas Eve. The children of the German-speaking Preschool participate with short performances.
