The Apostolic Church of God has been a staple in the Woodlawn Community for 93 years.
It is a church comprised of 5 generations – where the word of God is preached, the people encounter the presence of our Lord and Savior, and all are welcome. A place where we develop a deeper relationship with God, while living out His grace.
Founded on the Word of God, we are worshippers and servants of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We know it is His never-ending love that gently draws us to him to fulfill our purpose.
Under the leadership of Dr. Byron T. Brazier and our 1st Lady, Evangelist Mary Brazier, the Apostolic Church of God is here to be a beacon of light to the world. Apostolic is the home of more than 50 ministries: from Christian Education, and New Members, to the Men's, Women's and Children's ministries, as well as Evangelism of Grace, Liturgical Dance, MIME ministries and so many more. We are here to serve God, by serving his people.
