The bible is central to all we believe and to the way we live our lives and because of that we care about each other and pursue genuine relationships. As an East Auckland Church we seek to provide groups for every age and provide an atmosphere where people grow to reach their full potential.

Eastgate’s ministries are broad and diverse, balancing worship, teaching, fellowship, service to others and outreach. DURING THE YEAR

8:30AM Service:

The 8:30am service is a quieter and more traditional gathering that meets upstairs in the church building. A few hymns, choruses, time for prayer, a short devotion and the Eastgate News are well received by those that are a part of this service. Our 8.30AM service includes a break at 9am for morning tea and fellowship in the cafe area before joining the next service for the message.

9AM and 10:30AM:

These identical services have a more contemporary worship style and also provide a full range of programmes for Children from toddlers to teens. (For visitors with children please call at the Information Centre on your way to the Children’s Church for directions to the Children’s programme). There is also a “parent’s room” for children up to 12 months (and their parents) in the rear corner of the auditorium – so you can still hear the music and messages.
5:30pm Service:

This service is aimed to further enhance the services we have in the morning. It is similar in style and has many great people involved in building up the community.

Easter 2016 Services

25 March: GOOD FRIDAY @ 9.30AM Communion Service
No Charged Youth Programme available. Children will be staying in the service. Activity packs will be available.

27 March: EASTER SUNDAY @ 10AM ONLY
Speaker – Roy Warren (No 5.30PM service)
Charged will be staying in the service. Children (Up to Year 6) will head upstairs to their programme at the start of the service at 10am.
