First Central Baptist Church is a warm, friendly church located at the intersection of East Street and Broadway in the heart of Chicopee. We offer two Sunday services at 8:30 and 11 am. Sunday School, for all ages beginning at age 2 and continuing through adults, is at 9:45. Join us for prayer and Bible studies on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30 pm. We also have a lively youth group for Jr. & Sr. High Schoolers as well as our AWANA program (September -- May) for kids age 2 through grade 6.
On Thursday evenings we offer Celebrate Recovery -- freeing us from hurts, habits and hang-ups. This group meets every Thursday at 7 pm (excluding major holidays), is open to the public and is free of charge.
