St Barnabas welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Hove area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Barnabas at Hove, East Sussex is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St Barnabas is to make an impact for God, here in Hove, East Sussex by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Sunday
The Parish Mass
The Parish Mass is the principal weekly act of worship at St Barnabas. It is celebrated with full ceremonial, vestments, organ, hymns etc., thus appealing to all our senses. The children attend Sunday School during the first part of the service, joining the congregation after the homily.
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Mass
Low Mass
Every Tuesday at 7:30 PM for ½ hour
Wednesday
Holy Half-hour
A time for meditation and reflection with Our Lord, present in His Blessed Sacrament.
Mass follows this service.
Every Wednesday at 9:45 AM for ½ hour
Mass
Although Mass is said every Wednesday, it is a Mass of Healing (first),with laying-on-of-hands, once a month, and a Requiem Mass (third) once a month.
Every Wednesday at 10:30 AM for ½ hour
Friday
Mass
Every Friday at 12:00 PM for ½ hour
